I am using a 1996 Wards 14.5HP garden tractor(MTD) and I am able to find almost all of the parts that I need from store. There is only one part that I couldn't get because it has been discontinued. Your people have been very helpful when some of the old part numbers have changed or are difficult to find. THANK YOU!

I was already impressed with all that they offered including great prices and then I discover that their customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. To me that is the most important element and but rarely found.

Just wanted to point out how excellent my customer service experience was. I had a bit of a complex order, that unbeknownst to me, had to come from several different parts of the country. I was called (on the weekend, which was awesome because I was really needing some of these parts), and they explained the situation and that it would cost additional (significantly) in shipping. So Mark went above and beyond to try and work things out to reduce the costs. Well, I have a personal thing about paying as much or more in shipping as I do for the items, So I asked him if he could get me the most important stuff I needed in one shipment. After working his magic, he got the most important items in a single shipment, credited me back for the stuff that I opted to get locally, AND had the items to me in about a day and a half!
Thank you Mark for the OUTSTANDING level of service. I will be keeping your number/website handy.

Easy to find item I was needing . Just would like to have photos of all sides conferm

I found the part I needed here and at a great price compared to others I had looked for.
so, I decided to order 2. when the box arrived only a day later, I was very pleased. however, there was only one item in the box, and it was a different brand. (My mower is an older one and I know some company's get bought by others, so that wasn't the issue.) After contacting OEM Parts Store, I was assured the other item was shipped from a different warehouse. (Closer to my home actually.) and I received the other item the very next day. Trust me when I say these folks know what they are doing, and they do it right. Thanx again for your very courteous and prompt service and delivery. and I recommend you to others.
